There are two kind of transfer you can do they are a Full Transfer and a Partial Transfer. What you wish to do with the domain name will dictate the type of transfer you will need to do.

FULL DOMAIN TRANSFER

.UK Names
To fully transfer your .UK names to us you will need to instruct the current registrar to change the IPS Tag for the domain name to "GRID". Please be aware that some registrars may charge a release fee.

Although the system will notify us automatically for the Domain transfer. But you need to contact us once when you instruct your current domain service provider to start the transfer process. Our complete Registrant Agent's details are as follows:

In some case we offer free domain transfer if mentioned otherwise there is an administrative cost of £6.99 is involve to full transfer of your domain name into the The Email Shop (Grid Information Technology Ltd.)

The following conditions must be met before a gTLD domain name can be transferred to us:

Arrange and send domains authorization code form current service provider to us.
The domain name must have been registered for more than 60 days.
Domain name must be unlock to transfer to us.
The current admin contact for the domain name must be able to confirm the transfer.
The domain name must not be 'on hold' for any reason with the current registrar.
The domain name must be at least 40 days from its renewal date.
FULL TRANSFER OF GLOBAL DOMAINS MAY TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS.
Admin contact of the domain name must be available to authorise the transfer email request.

You will need to contact a member of our support team to make payment and raise the Full Transfer request.

PARTIAL DOMAIN TRANSFER

Applicable for All Domains

You can use a partial Domain transfer and still use a great web hosting offers of The Email Shop if you chose to keep your Domain with your current registrar / Domain service provider. By chosing this option you can avoide the delay (if any) and cost (if any) involve during full Domain transfer process, and it works perfectly as normal.

This involves re-delegating of the Name Servers for your domain name. Make a note of our Name servers below and forward DNS delegation of your Domain to these two DNS Servers.

Partial Domain Transfer is free for all domains (.com, .eu, .uk etc.), In some cases our order system charge fee for partial domain transfer, we will refund this amount to you as soon as we receive the order.
