one morning
What happens between 2am and your first coffee
Mail keeps arriving
Twenty-nine messages land overnight. Nothing happens to them yet.
Triage runs
Each message is read, categorised and given a one-line reason. Anything on your escalation list is flagged instead of filed.
Drafts written
Replies you were always going to have to write are drafted in your phrasing, with real dates from your calendar and real figures from your price list.
You open the laptop
Six things need a person. The rest is filed. You read, edit where needed, and press send.
Why it will not send an email
The most common question about this product, answered properly, plus the three things that follow from it.
The failure mode is not worth the time saved
An AI that sends autonomously saves you a click. When it is wrong it sends a wrong price to a customer, agrees to a date you cannot make, or replies to a complaint in a tone that makes it worse — and you find out when they reply. That trade is bad at any accuracy short of perfect, and nothing is perfect. So drafting stops at your drafts folder. There is no configuration flag to change it.
Which means drafts have to be genuinely good
If a draft needs rewriting, it has cost you time rather than saved it. The system learns from your sent folder — your openings, your sign-offs, how long your replies actually run, whether you use bullets — and pulls real facts from your calendar and price list rather than inventing plausible ones. Where a fact is missing it leaves a marked gap instead of guessing, because a visible gap takes five seconds and a confident wrong number takes a phone call.
Triage has to explain itself
Sorting you cannot audit is sorting you will stop trusting the first time something important is filed as low priority. Every message carries a one-line reason for where it went. Disagree with one and correct it, and that correction feeds back into how yours behaves. The reason line matters more than the accuracy rate: it is what lets you spot a systematic mistake instead of quietly losing confidence.
Some mail should never be triaged at all
You will have senders and subjects that must reach you within minutes regardless of what any classifier thinks — a key client, a supplier, anything with a contract reference in the subject. Those go on an escalation list and bypass triage entirely, arriving flagged in your inbox. Setting that list up honestly, on day one, is the difference between a tool you trust and one you check behind constantly.
What it does before you open the laptop
Triage runs on a schedule you set. By the time you sit down, the sorting is done and the obvious replies are waiting.
Overnight triage
Everything that arrived is sorted into the categories you define — sales, support, admin, low priority — with a one-line reason attached to each so you can check its judgement.
Drafts in your phrasing
It learns from replies you have already sent: how you open, how blunt you are, whether you use bullet points. Drafts sit in your drafts folder for you to send, edit or bin.
It cannot send
There is no auto-send option, because we did not build one. Every message leaves your mailbox because a person pressed send. That is a design decision, not a default you have to remember to check.
Facts pulled in, not invented
Connect your calendar, price list or CRM and drafts use real dates and real numbers. Where it cannot find a fact it leaves a visible gap rather than guessing at one.
Escalation you set
Tell it which senders, phrases or thread ages should always reach you immediately. Those skip triage and are flagged rather than filed.
Works with the email you have
Connects over IMAP or Microsoft 365 to your existing mailbox, including the one we already host for you. Nobody has to change address or client.

Three ways people deal with the inbox
The trade-off is nearly always the same: the tools that do the most are the ones you have to move your entire email life into.
