- Sign in to your cPanel account.
- Click on the ‘web disk’ icon in the files section
- Choose the Configure Client Access under the “Main Web Disk Account“,
- Choose your OS from the drop-down menu and find “Download Configuration Script“.
- Choose your downloaded script. It would simply take few minutes before it asks you for the username & password. Add the Web Disk or cPanel login information, and you would be able to access the website files.
